how to consign with home again

• What kind of items will we consign? 
  • Furniture including couches, chairs, dining room sets, end tables, coffee tables, china hutches, bakers racks, curio cabinets
  • Pictures/artwork
  • Dishes/china
  • Glassware/Crystal
  • Pillows
  • Lamps
  • Antiques
  • Silk Floral
• We accept consignment by appointment only on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.  Please call to discuss what items you are looking to consign.
• If you have furniture or larger pieces, you can email pictures or stop in with your digital camera.  This enables us to determine if it will be appropriate for the store and whether we have space for it.  Click here to bring up email and attach your photos.
• If it has a fabric of any sort, we accept items from a non-smoking home where pets aren’t allowed on the furniture.
• Everything should be clean and ready to be placed on the sales floor.
• Items remain in the store for a maximum of 60 days.
• We begin marking down after 30 days:
  • 20% off days 31-45
  • 30% off days 46-60

• After 60 days, if you have items remaining, we contact you to determine what you’d like to do with them.  You have a week to come and pick them up if you’d like them back.  If you decide that you don’t want them back, they become the property of Home Again and we’ll donate them to charity.  Nothing is done without your approval.
• We split the proceeds with you 50/50.  If you are consigning an antique, the split is 60% for you and 40% for Home Again.
